ROYAL WEDDING!!

We are eagerly anticipating the royal wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton. With all the elegance and glamour that we hope for and expect from a wedding fit for a prince and princess. Will you be tuning in tomorrow? We sure hope you get the chance to see this amazing beautiful historical wedding play out before your eyes? Isn't every little girls dream to grow up to be a princess?!?!

Must have Monday!

Today's Must Have Monday is about videography! We tell all of our couple's that if you can get one, do it! No one ever regrets getting a videographer but they definitely regret NOT getting one.

Videos catch all of the things that photography can't such as...... the reading of your vows, your sister's amazing maid of honor speech or of course, the dance off between your dad and cousin. There maybe photos of all of these moments but being able to see AND hear them makes paying for a videographer completely worth it in our eyes.

We also heard about this new company, Weddeos. For the budget conscience couple, this idea is perfect! Weddeos sends you 3 or 5 mini HD cameras to you and you assign family and friends to film your wedding! You then send the cameras back and they edit it for you. So simple and fun!

Well we are in full swing prepping for the Christmas Holiday....

But before we for we go we wanted to say Thank You for following us this year! It has been an exciting first year for us at One Elegant Event! We are looking forward to a bigger year in 2011. Starting with classes we are taking in January and February with Cathy Teeters Beautiful Weddings. Plus the up coming weddings we already have booked!! 2011 looks like it will be a bright year for us! It will be exciting to see if any engagements come from special Christmas proposals!!
